Facilities Manager

We are looking for a-Facilities Manager-who wants to work in a diverse role-where no two days are the same.
The-Facilities Manager,-will be responsible for:

Acting as the primary representative for allocated sites, ensuring consistent communication and service delivery.

Ensuring all legal and contractual service elements are delivered to the required standard, within target timeframes, and in line with agreed KPIs.

Ensuring-PPM-and reactive works are completed on time and that all-SLAs-are met.

Maintaining complete, accurate, and up-to-date site documentation in accordance with company standards.

Keeping all asset information current and well-documented.

Participating in the forward maintenance planning and review process.

Ensuring all statutory compliance activities are up to date and accurately reported.
To be successful for this Facilities Manager role you must have:

A strong understanding of facilities services and maintenance operations.

Proven experience in service delivery and people management.
-
IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience using CAFM-systems.
-
A professional qualification in a related FM discipline (desirable).
