Head-of-Facilities

Pinpoint-Resourcing-are-currently-working-with-a-membership-organisation-based-in-Victoria-to-source-a-Head-of-Facilities-to-oversee-the-management-of-their-office-on-a-temporary-basis-of-3-to-4-months.

Duties:

• NEBOSH-or-IOSH-and-a-good-knowledge-of-current-H&S-legislation
• Lead-and-manage-the-facilities-team-of-5-people-as-well-as-contractors and-liaise-with-other-key-stakeholders
• Experience-of-strategic-and-operational-planning
• Experience-of-M&E-maintenance-e.g,-lifts,-boilers,-plant,-auto-doors
• Experience-of-building-project-management-through-specification,-tender,-appointment-and-contractor-management
• Experience-in-identifying-budgets-and-prioritising-works
• Experience-required-in-risk-management
• Proven-track-record-in-managing-a-property-portfolio
• Experienced-in-fire-safety

Skills-and-abilities-needed:

• At-least 3-years-in-a-similar-role
• Strong-written-and-verbal-communication-skills
