Do you want to work within a fast-paced team delivering an excellent in-house FM Service to London''s leading flexible office provider?We''re looking for a full-time Facilities Management Technician to travel across South London and West London who will:Conduct regular health and safety and compliance inspections to ensure a safe, secure and compliant environment for all building users.Maintain common and landlord areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation. Taking a solution-focused approach to resolve building issues quickly and efficientlySupport decorative standards by paintingEnsure jobs logged on the maintenance management system are updated and completed on time.Carry out health and safety checks to make sure that the building is safe, secure and fit for use, this includes lift auto-diallers, panic alarms, roof alarms, plant rooms and riser cupboards.Assist with fire safety procedures including weekly fire alarm tests, fire door/ sprinkler checks, monthly emergency lighting tests and six-monthly evacuation drills.Record monthly utility meter readings on the central ..... full job details .....
