The Facilities Management Operative will ensure smooth operations of site by providing excellent customer service and liaising with employees and contractors.
Role Summary:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
andgt; Managing internal/external post on site.
andgt; Conducting and recording inductions for contractors and visitors.
andgt; Coordinating with the CBRE team and contractors to resolve issues and complete reactive jobs.
andgt; Conducting site inspections and escalating concerns to the Regional Manager.
andgt; Representing Facilities Management on-site and ensuring high customer service.
andgt; Escalating building or service concerns to the UKPN team.
andgt; Performing minor fabric repairs (e.g., tightening door handles, adjusting monitor arms).
andgt; Performing minor electrical tasks (e.g., replacing fuses, checking power supplies).
andgt; Performing minor plumbing tasks (e.g., unblocking toilets, isolating water).
andgt; Making HVAC adjustments.
andgt; Assisting with Fire Alarm tests.
Person Specifications:
The FM Operative should maintain a professional appearance and approach, be proactive, and address issues dynamically while working within their competencies.
