Main Function of the roleTo provide a full range Facilities services coordination inclusive of in house event management, planned preventative, reactive maintenance and office changes to all Federated Hermes Ltd. offices.
Key tasks and responsibilities
Third party Facilities services coordination - Work with the Facilities Manager and third-party service providers to coordinate both hard and soft service delivery.
Event coordination - Work with the Facilities manager in delivering in house events for client and employee networks.
Vendor management - Ensure all third party service provider contracts are being delivered as agreed. Ensure periodic meetings are undertaken and report back to the Head of Facilities.
Moves and changes - Work with the Head of Facilities and stakeholders to ensure moves and changes are executed in a timely and professional manner.
General Facilities support - To assist the wider Facilities team in delivering general facilities support - administration of the access control system, courier bookings, ordering of office equipment, printing and binding services.
