Facilities and Maintenance Operative

Are you an experienced Maintenance Operative who enjoys offering preventative maintenance solutions?Our client, an established privately owned business with over 150 staff is looking to add an experienced Maintenance and Facilities Operative to it''s maintenance team.Hours of work are 37.5 per week Monday to Friday 7.45am - 4.30 pmThe role of Facilities and Maintenance Operative is responsible for carrying out day-to-day repairs, site upkeep, and basic preventative maintenance across the manufacturing facility.The role ensures buildings, equipment, and external areas are safe, clean, and well maintained, while supporting operational needs such as minor repairs, grounds maintenance, waste management, and compliance tasks.This position helps keep the site running smoothly by responding to maintenance requests, identifying issues, and supporting health and safety standards.In addition to an excellent salary the role offers 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, life insurance and healthcare.
