Key Responsibilities of the Repair and Maintenance TechnicianGeneral Maintenance and RepairsCarry out a wide range of general handyman tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and minor construction.Work safely within regulated laboratory and clinical environments. Quality, Safety and ComplianceEnsure all work meets high-quality finish standards.Follow all health and safety regulations, building codes, and internal policies.Conduct and support implementation and routine review of SOPs and facility risk assessments. Troubleshooting and Problem SolvingDiagnose and resolve minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.Escalate issues as required and work proactively to prevent future problems.
