We''re working with an established manufacturing business in High Wycombe that is looking for a Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day upkeep of its site and the management of equipment servicing. This is a varied role combining hands-on maintenance, equipment servicing, contractor coordination and health and safety support. You''ll be responsible for making sure issues are identified, dealt with and properly recorded. The Role You''ll help keep the site safe, functional and well maintained, while coordinating external contractors and ensuring machinery servicing and inspections are kept up to date. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out general building maintenance and minor repairs Door, lock, painting, basic carpentry and plumbing repairs Conducting routine checks around the site Identifying maintenance issues and arranging specialist support where required Maintaining accurate service and maintenance records for machinery and equipment Tracking servicing, inspections and statutory checks Coordinating planned maintenance activities Arranging and managing external contractors and suppliers Obtaining quotations and scheduling maintenance work Supervising contractors while they are working on site Supporting health and safety activities, including risk assessments and hazard reporting ..... full job details .....
