They are now looking for a dedicated Facilities Manager to join their team and play a key part in the ongoing success and development of their bespoke and globally recognised operation.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include optimising plant reliability, leading and empowering a team, overseeing operations and maintenance, building stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement.The ideal candidate will have an Engineering degree or equivalent, with management experience and safety and quality knowledge.
