We''re recruiting a Facilities and Contracts Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of a facilities maintenance contract across an impressive residential estate in Blackheath. This is an excellent opportunity for either an established Facilities Manager or a strong Facilities Supervisor / Assistant Facilities Manager who is ready to take the next step. You don''t need to be an engineer. What we''re looking for is someone who understands how buildings and maintenance services operate, knows how to keep PPM and compliance activities on track, and has the confidence to build a strong relationship with the client. Most importantly, you''ll be someone who takes ownership and makes sure things get done. The Role Based predominantly from your own onsite office in Blackheath, you''ll become the main point of contact for the client and take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the maintenance contract. You''ll work closely with an experienced onsite maintenance team as well as engineers, specialist contractors and a supportive Head Office operation.
