Commercial Contracts and Governance Manager (Facilities and Accommodation) (Ref 2026-142) Location: 2 Adelaide Street, Belfast, BT2 8PB To lead and support the effective management, governance and continuous improvement of Facilities and Accommodation contracts and supplier relationships across the organisation. The post holder will play a key role in ensuring services are delivered efficiently, provide value for money, meet business requirements and comply with relevant governance and regulatory standards. To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive Facilities and Accommodation service to support NIHE business delivery and our vision and values. The current salary for this post is £37,280-£42,839 per annum. We also have an excellent defined benefit pension scheme.
