Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming enquiries and tasks via the facilities inbox Handle incoming calls with professionalism and clarity Follow up on tasks with on-site cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure standards are met Liaise with suppliers for orders and deliveries Receive goods on site, check, sign, and store items appropriately Conduct floor walks to monitor cleanliness, presentation, and safety controls Serve as the primary source of information while liaising with the wider Corporate Services team and local business units Ideal Candidate Profile: Proactive mindset with a willingness to explore better ways of doing things Engaging and confident communication skills, both spoken and written, in fluent English Open to learning and taking responsibility for new tasks, initiatives, and exercises Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively This temporary role is set to commence on September 17, 2026, and conclude on September 23, 2026.
