They are looking to appoint an experienced Facades Design Manager to join their team and take a key role in managing façade design across a range of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded design professional looking to join a forward-thinking organisation where they can have genuine responsibility and influence. You will oversee the design process from concept through to construction, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers to ensure projects are delivered to a high technical and commercial standard. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate façade design activities across multiple projects. Lead the design process from concept and tender through to detailed design and construction. Review drawings, specifications, calculations and technical information. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, clients, contractors and specialist subcontractors. Identify and resolve technical, design and buildability issues. Ensure façade designs comply with relevant UK Building Regulations and industry standards. Manage design programmes and ensure key deliverables are achieved on time. Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to develop suitable façade systems and solutions. ..... full job details .....
