Facade Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Facade Manager to join a new build commercial development project. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile scheme, overseeing the delivery of complex unitised cladding packages from installation through to completion.The successful Facade Manager will be responsible for:-Managing and overseeing the installation of unitised facade and cladding systems on siteCoordinating with main contractor, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure smooth deliveryMonitoring quality, compliance, and workmanship in line with project specificationsEnsuring all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulationsReviewing technical drawings, specifications, and installation detailsIdentifying and resolving any on-site issues relating to facade systemsTracking progress against programme and reporting to senior managementConducting inspections and signing off completed worksTo be considered for this Facade Manager role, you must have:-Proven experience as a Facade Manager on commercial construction projectsStrong knowledge of unitised curtain walling and cladding systemsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsExcellent organisational and communication skillsStrong understanding of health and safety regulations within constructionSMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certification essentialThis Facade Manager position is being offered on a freelance basis for approximately 17 weeks.
