Facade Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Facade Manager to join a new build commercial development project. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile scheme, overseeing the delivery of complex unitised cladding packages from installation through to completion.

The successful Facade Manager will be responsible for:-

• Managing and overseeing the installation of unitised facade and cladding systems on site
• Coordinating with main contractor, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Monitoring quality, compliance, and workmanship in line with project specifications
• Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with health & safety regulations
• Reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and installation details
• Identifying and resolving any on-site issues relating to facade systems
• Tracking progress against programme and reporting to senior management
• Conducting inspections and signing off completed works

To be considered for this Facade Manager role, you must have:-

• Proven experience as a Facade Manager on commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of unitised curtain walling and cladding systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations within construction
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certification-essential

This Facade Manager position is being offered on a freelance basis for approximately 17 weeks. Day rate is negotiable.-
