Fa ade ManagerA well respected main contractor is hiring for a Fa ade Manager for a 8 month duration on a new build healthcare project based in North London. About the role of Fa ade Manager:The role will be managing the fa ade package, working alongside an on-site Fa ade Lead. You will be required to assist in the brickwork package, push delivery on site. Drive programme, quality and safety. Co-coordinating sub-contractors, sequencing strong QA and look-ahead planning is a must.Responsibilities for the Fa ade Manager:Strong people management skills, experience in leading large teams, including solid technical knowledge of short-term programming, construction methodology.Strong background delivering projects involving: BrickworkExperience managing all phases of facade packages, including health and safety, quality, and costsKnowledge of facade design, detailing, and structural design standards, as well as experience designing facades for different types of projectsUnderstanding of facade materials, manufacturing methods, installation, and testingAbility to communicate effectively with architects, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders, and to present design concepts clearlyWorking with other professionals, such as engineers and architects, to achieve project objectivesOversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.
