A well respected main contractor is hiring for a Fa-ade Manager for a 8 month duration on a new build healthcare project based in North London.

About the role of Fa-ade Manager:

The role will be managing the fa-ade package, working alongside an on-site Fa-ade Lead. You will be required to assist in the brickwork package, push delivery on site. Drive programme, quality and safety. Co-coordinating sub-contractors, sequencing strong QA and look-ahead planning is a must.

Responsibilities for the Fa-ade Manager:

• Strong people management skills, experience in leading large teams, including solid technical knowledge of short-term programming, construction methodology.
• Strong background delivering projects involving:
  Brickwork
• Experience managing all phases of facade packages, including health and safety, quality, and costs
• Knowledge of facade design, detailing, and structural design standards, as well as experience designing facades for different types of projects
• Understanding of facade materials, manufacturing methods, installation, and testing
• Ability to communicate effectively with architects, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders, and to present design concepts clearly
• Working with other professionals, such as engineers and architects, to achieve project objectives
• Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites. Making sure all health & safety protocols are in place.
• Manage risks, with any issues that arise are solved promptly and efficiently.
