This is a hands on role where you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling and welding steel components to a high standard.The role would suit an experienced welder/fabricator who enjoys working in a busy engineering environment and is confident working from drawings and specifications.The roleAs a Fabricator Welder, your duties will include:MIG welding and general fabricationFabricating and assembling steel componentsWorking from engineering drawings and specificationsCutting, grinding, drilling and preparing materialsMeasuring and marking out accuratelyWelding a range of steel thicknessesCarrying out quality checks on finished productsEnsuring all work is completed accurately and to specificationFollowing health and safety procedures at all times What we''re looking forWe are interested in speaking with experienced:Fabricator WeldersMIG WeldersWeldersFabricatorsPlater Welders Ideally, you will have:Previous experience in a fabrication and welding environmentStrong MIG welding experienceThe ability to read and understand engineering drawingsExperience working with mild steelGood measuring ..... full job details .....
