Fabricator / Welder

My client is a trusted leader in the manufacturer of lifting, tipping and handling solutions for the Food, Pharmaceutical and general industry.They deliver high-quality custom equipment to our clients while fostering a workplace culture that values skill, innovation, and teamwork.The RoleWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Stainless-Steel Welder/Fabricator to join our experienced team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in producing high-quality stainless steel fabrications, working on diverse projects manufacturing bespoke lifting & tipping machinery.Responsibilities:Fabricate and weld stainless steel components according to technical drawings and specifications.Operate tools and machinery, including cutting, grinding, and welding equipment.Conduct quality checks to ensure precision and adherence to project requirements.Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and maintain workflow efficiency.Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety standards.Requirements:Proven experience as a Stainless Steel welder/fabricator (Minimum 3 years preferred).Proficiency in TIG, MIG and/or stick welding techniques.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.NVQ Level 2/3 in Welding/Fabrication or equivalent (preferred but not essential).Valid forklift or mobile platform certification would be an advantage but not required.IND123
