Fabricator Location: WednesburySalary: £36,000 - £40,000 depending on experienceShift Pattern: Monday - Friday, DaysIndustry: Food Manufacturing An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fabricator to join a well-established food manufacturing business based in Wednesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Fabricator who enjoys a varied, hands-on role and has strong experience working with stainless steel fabrication within a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for carrying out fabrication, welding, repairs and modifications across a busy food production site, with a particular focus on stainless steel work. The Role Working as part of the engineering team, you will provide fabrication and welding support across the site, helping to maintain and improve production equipment, machinery and infrastructure. The role will involve a mixture of planned fabrication work, repairs and reactive engineering support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and solving practical engineering problems. Key Responsibilities Carry out stainless steel fabrication and welding across the manufacturing site. Manufacture, modify and repair machinery components, guards, frames and structures. Carry out MIG and TIG welding, particularly on stainless steel. Work with stainless steel, mild steel and other metals. Repair and modify existing production equipment.
