Location:-Cornwall and Plymouth

Package:-Up to -36,000 with company van

Our client, a leading facilities management business, have an opportunity for a Fabric Supervisor to join their team in Cornwall.

The role will involve

• Managing subcontractors and day to day reactive works on commercial properties
• Plan resources, materials and programme
• Assist in the production of quotations for works
• Managing costs and budgets

You will need:

• SSSTS or SMSTS
• To have a trade background (ideally one trade qualification)
• Excellent IT skills
• SHEQ qualification and/or relevant SHEQ experience
• Experienced in use of calculation sheets and monitoring expenditure against tendered rates
• Clean driving licence
