Fabric Supervisor Location: Cornwall and Plymouth Package: Up to 36,000 with company van Our client, a leading facilities management business, have an opportunity for a Fabric Supervisor to join their team in Cornwall. The role will involve Managing subcontractors and day to day reactive works on commercial properties Plan resources, materials and programme Assist in the production of quotations for works Managing costs and budgets You will need: SSSTS or SMSTS To have a trade background (ideally one trade qualification) Excellent IT skills SHEQ qualification and/or relevant SHEQ experience Experienced in use of calculation sheets and monitoring expenditure against tendered rates Clean driving licence ..... full job details .....
