Fabric Maintenance OperativeLocation: Walthamstow, Hainault and IlfordSalary: Up to 17.00 per hour PAYEJob Type: Full-Time Temporary OngoingStart Date: ASAPFabric Maintenance Operative RequiredWe are currently looking for an experienced Fabric Maintenance Operative to join our team, supporting the maintenance of four healthcare clinics across Walthamstow, Hainault and Ilford.This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled maintenance professional looking to work within a healthcare environment, with an immediate start available following a successful interview.The RoleYou will be responsible for carrying out a range of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks and reactive maintenance works, ensuring the clinics remain safe, compliant and fully operational.Typical duties include:Completing planned maintenance checks including: Water temperature monitoringFire door inspectionsPlant room inspectionsGeneral building fabric repairsReplacing taps, washers and pipeworkInstalling and repairing cabinets and wall-mounted unitsReplacing locks and door furniturePatch plastering and minor decorating repairsBasic electrical maintenance, including changing lampsGeneral handyman and fabric maintenance tasksResponding to reactive maintenance requests and emergency make-safe worksWhat''s on Offer?Up to 17.00 per hour PAYECompany van and fuel card provided40-hour working weekMonday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)Ongoing WorkImmediate start availableOn-Call ..... full job details .....
