Fabric Engineer

A facilities management provider is looking for an experienced Fabric Engineer for a temporary mobile role across Tower Hamlets.

You''ll deliver hands-on building fabric maintenance, covering carpentry, basic plumbing and general repairs across multiple sites.

The Role
 
As the Fabric Engineer, you''ll:

• Complete carpentry and general building fabric repairs.
• Carry out basic plumbing maintenance and minor repairs.
• Undertake patch plastering and make-good works.
• Repair damaged ceilings, tiles and associated building finishes.
• Travel between sites to complete planned maintenance and repairs.

About You
 
To be successful as the Fabric Engineer, you''ll have:

• Strong experience completing building fabric maintenance and repairs.
• Ideally, a relevant Carpentry or Joinery qualification.
• Practical experience across carpentry, plumbing and general maintenance.
• Ability to complete repairs independently to a good standard.
• Must hold or be able to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
