A leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor who specialise in providing building maintenance and servicing have a key requirement for an experienced Fabric Building Maintenance Engineer to join their mobile team role covering sites within London and the surrounding areas

As the Fabric Engineer, you will be:

• Fabric Engineer will be mobile covering sites within London and the surrounding areas
• Fabric Engineer will be carrying out PPM''s on electrical plant as well as completing basic mechanical tasks on building systems, pumps, actuators, FCU''s, AHU''s.
• Fabric Engineer will assist in completing reactive and repairs on mechanical systems and will also be required to carry out basic plumbing when needed.
• Fabric Engineer will be required to carry out basic electrical tasks.
• Fabric Engineer will be working Monday - Friday

As the Fabric Engineer, you will need:

• Fabric Engineer will need to live within a commutable distance to Central London
• Fabric Engineer with an Electrical or Mechanical qualification would be an advantage
• Fabric Engineer will need to have a "can do" attitude and willing to learn new skills
• Fabric Engineer will need experience in carrying out PPM''s and basic reactive works on both electrical and mechanical systems.

Fabric Engineer will be paid up to -40k, dependent on experience + overtime + training + package
