EYFS Teaching Assistant

Location: Flexible
Hours: Flexible Working Available | Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: -14.96 - -16.64 per hour (depending on experience)
Pay Options: PAYE or Umbrella

We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistants to support Early Years settings. No formal qualifications are required; however, applicants must have previous childcare experience and be able to provide a suitable childcare reference.

• Supporting children within an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting.
• Assisting with learning and play-based activities.
• Encouraging children''s social, emotional, and educational development.
• Creating a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
• Working alongside teachers and nursery staff to support children''s progress.

• Previous experience working with children.
• A childcare reference is mandatory.
• A genuine passion for supporting young children''s development.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (preferred or willingness to obtain one).
• Ability to provide 24 months of referencing history, covering employment, education, or other activities.
