The RoleYou will create a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive learning environment where children feel safe, confident and excited to learn. Through engaging, play-based experiences and effective continuous provision, you will support pupils to develop the foundations they need for a successful transition through school.Responsibilities will include:Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate EYFS learning experiences.Developing effective continuous provision that encourages curiosity, independence and exploration.Supporting early development in phonics, reading, writing and mathematics.Observing, assessing and tracking children''s progress, using this information to plan meaningful next steps.Promoting communication, language development, positive relationships and self-regulation.Creating an inclusive classroom environment that supports children with a range of needs and abilities.Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and other professionals to support children''s learning and wellbeing.Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, behaviour and classroom ..... full job details .....
