EYFS Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated Early Years professional to join a welcoming primary school, providing high-quality teaching and learning within the Early Years Foundation Stage.

This temporary supply role is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about giving children the best possible start to their education and creating a positive, engaging learning environment where young learners can thrive.

The Role

As an EYFS Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the EYFS Framework.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Support children''s social, emotional and academic development.
• Use observations and assessments to monitor progress and plan next steps.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, welfare and behaviour.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have recent experience teaching within EYFS.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Be caring, patient and passionate about early years education.
• Have a sound understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum.
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
