EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant (ARP Provision) Location: Streatham, Lambeth Pay Rate: 108.35 per day Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term Start Date: September 2026 EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant Required for New ARP Provision A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Streatham, Lambeth is seeking an experienced EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team this September. The school is launching a brand-new Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) and is looking for dedicated professionals to support a number of new pupils with Special Educational Needs as they transition into the provision. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting new development within the school and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with complex learning needs. The Role As an EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:Support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and complex needs within the ARP.Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual EHCP targets.Assist with personal care where required, maintaining the dignity and wellbeing of pupils at all times.Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, therapists, and wider multidisciplinary team.Help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.Support pupils with communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and independence skills.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:Previous experience supporting children with Autism and complex needs.Experience providing personal care support within an educational or ..... full job details .....
