Export Shipping Coordinator

Join a leading independent services provider as an Export Shipping CoordinatorJob Overview:This role sits within the Export CustomerService Team, supporting customers across Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa with scientific products and services. Youwill manage export documentation, hazardous goods paperwork, TPM checks, anddo-diligence processes while ensuring compliance with global exportsregulations.Location:Loughborough - Bishop Meadow RoadType: Full-time, On-siteHours: 37.5 per week (Mon-Fri, flexible 8-16:00 / 9-17:00)Duration: 3-month contractRate: £14.92 per hourKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare export shipping documentation for global shipments.Handle hazardous paperwork (IATA/IMDG).Maintain accurate filing and shipping administration.Ensure all shipments meet strict deadlines.Work closely with the Export Sales Team to support customers in the EEMEA region.Respond to complex customer enquiries (verbal and written).Promote a positive corporate reputation and maintain composure in challenging situations.Required Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesSolid understanding of IATA/IMDG regulations and relevant qualifications.Experience working in a pressured environment.Minimum 2 A-levels (Science and English desirable but not essential).Intermediate Microsoft Word/Excel skills.How to Apply:If you''re interested in this role, click ''apply now'' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
