Manpower are urgently recruiting for the below positionThis is a 3 month assignment initially, working Monday to Friday either 08.00am - 16.00 / 09.00 - 17.00 this client is flexible.Parking and subsidised canteen on site.Export Coordinator - Shipping LoughboroughPosition Summary: This position is in the Export Customer Service Team based at our clients site in Loughborough.Our client supply our customers across Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa with a huge range of scientific products and services.Day to day responsibility for export customers for allocated areas, duties including preparing documentation for shipments worldwide, filing and general shipping administration, meeting of deadlines for shipments and general resolution of customer enquiries, both verbal and written from a shipping perspective; handling of TPM and due diligence of customersWe are looking for someone who: Working alongside Export sales team to provide exceptional shipping and administration support, for customers in the EEMEA region. Handling and responding to all types of Shipping and administration issues - shipping documentation, hazardous paperwork and general enquiries which can be complex in nature, whilst aspiring to exceed Individual/Departmental/Company critical metrics and thoughtfully balancing the customer needs with business demands.
