The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of offshore accounts, providing essential support to field-based Account Managers, and ensuring the highest levels of customer service are delivered across all export operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and maintaining a portfolio of offshore accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day enquiriesProviding sales and administrative support to field-based Account ManagersPreparing shipping documentation and ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirementsProcessing orders and managing dispatch efficiently and accuratelyProcessing sample requests and managing customer bookings via phone and emailMaintaining back orders and keeping customers updated on the progress of their shipmentsSetting up new accounts and delivery keys on internal systemsCreating orders from spreadsheets and emails and liaising with internal departments on bookings and ordersBooking direct containers and ..... full job details .....
