You will join a large and supportive department. The role will be assisting SEN students in various subjects and working closely with small groups. As a teaching assistant you will be:dedicated to helping students achieve their attainment levelsyou will encourage students to engage proactively with their learningyou will be responsible in helping to provide a safe environment for students to learn.You will assist the teacher in the students their learning and development as well as with behaviour management, consistently promoting positive behaviour. This role is a great opportunity to gain school experience before applying for teacher training.
