Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentation. Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely progression of transactions. Conduct searches, prepare reports, and ensure all necessary legal checks are completed accurately. Provide clear advice to clients regarding the conveyancing process and legal obligations. Keep accurate records of case progress and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and firm policies.
