We re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Teachers UK team in the East Midlands, working across the Secondary education market. And honestly, this isn t about starting again. You ll be stepping into a warm desk with an established market and the opportunity to take it further. What could your next move look like? You ll have the opportunity to really make the desk your own. You ll be building on existing relationships, developing new business, growing your candidate network and looking for opportunities to take the desk to the next level. You ll have ownership of your market, but you ll also have the wider Operam team around you. You won t be expected to figure everything out on your own.
