We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Worksop team, specialising in Industrial recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands the temporary recruitment market and is ready to join an already busy Industrial desk onsite in worksopWhile experience within Industrial recruitment is highly desirable, we are also open to candidates with strong recruitment experience from other temporary sectors who are keen to move into Industrial sector.The RoleManaging the full recruitment life cycle for temporary Industrial rolesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidatesTaking job bookings, sourcing, interviewing and placing candidatesEnsuring compliance with driving and regulatory standardsParticipating in an out-of-hours on-call rota, taking and filling bookings outside normal office hoursWorking HoursMonday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30Early finish of 15:30 on FridaysWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious recruitment experience within the temporary marketIdeally experience in industrial recruitment (but not essential)Strong communication and organisational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentComfortable with out-of-hours on-call responsibilitiesWhat''s on OfferSalary of 33,000 - 35,000 depending on experienceCommission paid at 10% above very low thresholdA supportive team environment with opportunity for growthFree onsite ParkingBirthday offCostco Membership and Perkbox MembershipCompany events and ..... full job details .....
