What You''ll Be Doing

• Working closely with the class teacher to support day-to-day learning
• Delivering targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions
• Supporting pupils across phonics, reading, writing and maths
• Providing additional support for children with SEND and diverse learning needs
• Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours
• Supporting classroom routines, preparation and organisation
• Building strong relationships with pupils and becoming a trusted member of the school team
