TimePlan Education is working with a welcoming primary school in Redbridge that is seeking an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident TA with previous primary school experience who can hit the ground running, build positive relationships with pupils and provide effective classroom support from day one.

• Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities and learning.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to help pupils reach their full potential.
• Assist with literacy, numeracy and wider curriculum activities.
• Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs.
• Promote positive behaviour, engagement and inclusion.
• Help prepare classroom resources and maintain an organised learning environment.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Contribute to a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom.

• Has previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school.
• Is confident supporting pupils with a range of abilities and learning needs.
• Has strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Is proactive, adaptable and reliable.
• Can work effectively alongside teachers and other support staff.
• Is passionate about helping children develop academically, socially and emotionally.
• Is available to start immediately.

Experience supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH or additional learning needs would be highly advantageous.
