Experienced Part III Architect

Due to an expanding workload Jones Lambell Ellis Studio are seeking to recruit a talented and enthusiastic Part III Architect. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years’ post Part III experience in the UK and a passion for architecture and interiors.The ideal candidate will have strong design skills and a creative approach to architectural design. Prior experience in the high-end residential sector is essential. Candidates should also be proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe packages and SketchUp. Fluency in both spoken and written English is required and the successful applicant will be required to bring a flexible and committed approach to the job.JLE Studio has been built on a reputation for excellence in design and the technical expertise brought to each project. RIBA Part III qualified with minimum 3-years post-Part 3 work experience in the UKExperience in all RIBA workstagesExcellent understanding of, and appreciation for, materials and detailingExcellent communication skills: verbal, visual and writtenAbility to work as part of a team and also independentlyFlexibility and ability to work effectively and efficiently on several projects at once, and a positive approach to a diverse and varied workloadGood knowledge of UK Building Regulations and the planning processAbility to prepare information for presentation to planners, clients and consultantsExperience of preparing packages of technical information for constructionAbility to undertake site visits and prepare client correspondence as requiredFluent in EnglishThe right to live and work in the UK (from our South West London office,
