We are a small friendly award winning practice based in London currently looking for a Part 3 qualified architect with a minimum of 2 years (post Part 3) UK experience for a full time office based role. Our focus is mainly on Listed residential buildings but our portfolio also includes conservation work.The ideal candidate must have:Proficiency in Technical drawingsAttention to detail and a strong sense of designProficient use of Autocad and Sketch upContract administration experienceAn appreciation of classical architectureStrong communication skillsProactive approach to teamworkProven experience within a UK-based architectural practiceSome experience of high-end bespoke projectsGood knowledge of planning and building control requirements ARB registered ArchitectEligible to work in the UKThe role requires the candidate to:Develop concepts into detailed proposalsDeliver projects across all RIBA work stagesCoordinate effectively with contractors, consultants and planning authoritiesBe confident working alone and unsupervised as well as work well within a teamConfident communication is essential as you could lead your own projects and interact daily with clientsWe offer:Annual employee bonus based on company and personal performance.ARB fees paidCPD supportAnnual office trips30 days annual leave inc bank holidays and office christmas closure.If you meet the criteria above please send your CV and a concise cover letter with some examples of your work in PDF format (strictly under 9Mb) and your salary expectations to
