Approx 7am-4pm 45 hours per weekWorking Weeks:

42 weeks per year (term time plus 3 weeks)Pay Details:

Managing the kitchen, food production and service points at this prestigious Independent day schoolThe site caters for around 100 at lunch (staff and students)This is a small site - you will be managing a team of 2 catering assistantsAs the face of the food you will be responsible for making sure the food operation runs like clockworkYour remit includes people management and kitchen based and includes; Stock ordering, hospitality menus, staff rotas and food presentation, rotas. basic HR and client based.As the senior manager onsite you work with your team to provide a seamless dining experience for allAs Executive chef you will be financially accountable for the unit attaining its GP/COGSMaintaining a high level of food safety and hygiene compliance at all timesYour Background

As an experienced executive chef you will have strong technical cooking skills with a background in Independent school cateringThe ability to maintain high standards is a mustThis role requires sound organisational skills and strong administrative skillsWhat’s in it for me?
