Executive Assistant to Global Chief Communications OfficerLocation: London Headquarters, UKReports to: Global Chief Communications OfficerContract: Permanent, Full-timeAt Chanel, our values are grounded in creating the conditions for people to perform at their best and feel fulfilled and confident in their work.As Executive Assistant to the Global Chief Communications Officer, you will play a pivotal role in enabling smooth day-to-day operations and supporting strategic priorities. Based in London, you will work closely with the Global Communications leadership team and their EAs to ensure efficient ways of working with the team and wider teams. You will become a valuable part of the Chanel executive assistant community, working together on agendas, as well as collaborating with the CEO office as needed for company meetings.What Impact You Create At Chanel

Provide extensive administrative support to the Global Chief Communications Officer, ensuring seamless coordination across complex, fast-moving schedules.Manage their diary in coordination with the team, peers, business partners and company events; coordinate meetings and events across time zones, adapt to shifting priorities and anticipate needs.Coordinate travel arrangements according to global business calendar imperatives and personal needs; observe travel policies and expenses policy. Book hotels, taxis, car services and related logistics for business travel and events, including last-minute changes.Compose and prepare correspondence in English and French as needed.Organise meetings of various sizes with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring space, transport, timing and catering are well managed.Coordinate briefing packs and documents.Proactively support time management: managing meeting flow, reminders, attendance, follow-ups and materials preparation.Support long-term schedule planning (18 months ahead).Manage recurring and ad hoc tasks (stationery, gifting, PR coordination, shipping, subscriptions, stakeholder contacts, etc.).Maintain electronic records of receipts, process expenses in a timely manner, and monitor payment deadlines.Act as a key contact for inbox and information flow, prioritising messages while respecting information governance guidelines.You Are Energized By
