Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive, confidential administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role includes general admin and marketing lead responsibilities, acting as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will support the CEO''s daily workload, ensure key Trust compliance, develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Trust locally and beyond, and contribute to embedding the Trust''s vision, values, and learning culture. The role is 25 hours per week (5 days per week), 39 weeks per annum on a permanent contract. You will be based at Hales Valley Trust registered central office.About Hales Valley Multi Academy Trust

Experience in executive or senior administrative support preferred.Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage confidential information and work independently.Comfort with marketing activities and cross-functional collaboration.Based at the central office; 25 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum.Benefits
