Description
As an Executive Assistant you will be:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and preparing itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organise and maintain filing systems to ensure easy access to key documents.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events or meetings, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
- Proactively identify ways to improve administrative processes and increase efficiency.
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Proven experience in providing administrative support to senior executives in a corporate environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- The ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with professionalism.
- Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous but not essential.
