Senior Executive Assistant Business Partner ! This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-level support to a Regional Vice President and a Director, playing a crucial part in driving strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration within the EMEA region.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering a maternity leave paying £189.87 PAYE per day. The company embraces a hybrid work model, with the expectation of being in the London office three days a week.
As a
Senior Executive Assistant Business Partner , you will be the central hub of activity, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication flow. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, prepare meeting materials, and act as a liaison between key stakeholders. Your organizational prowess and proactive approach will be essential in anticipating needs and streamlining processes, enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities.
What You’ll Do
Manage and maintain the executives’ calendars, scheduling meetings, conferences, and videoconferences.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
Arrange corporate travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, and create detailed itineraries.
Serve as the EA Site Lead for the London office, collaborating with the communications team to organize and support company-wide events.
Lead and facilitate regular London EABP meetings, keeping the EABP community informed about EMEA priorities.
Process expense reports monthly.
Provide basic IT support and escalate complex issues to the IT department.
Cultivate strong working relationships with onsite and global EABPs.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Provide ad-hoc support to senior leaders and other team members.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Manage requisitions and purchase orders for departments.
Support visiting VPs and senior leaders from other company locations.
Assist with onboarding new team members.
Must-Haves
Extensive experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, international environment.
Proven ability to build strong cross-regional collaborations and stakeholder relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a strong executive presence.
Exceptional planning and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on tasks.
Confidence in interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience working in the financial software industry.
Familiarity with EMEA business practices.
