An established national law firm is seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to join its Corporate & Commercial division in Manchester. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience within a legal environment and in corporate & commercial law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating complex diaries and travel schedules
• Managing expenses, billing processes, and financial administration
• Liaising with internal departments to keep projects and deadlines on track
• Supporting onboarding processes, compliance requirements, and document management
• Providing flexible, ad-hoc support where needed

The ideal candidate will have:

• MUST HAVE experience working as an EA within a legal environment
• MUST HAVE experience in corporate/commercial law
• Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy
• A confident and professional communication style
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate requirements and manage priorities independently
