My client is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their company providing secretarial and administrative support to-Senior Partner & Directors.- This role will inlcude managing complex diaries, contact with high level clients and organisation of all correspondence.-

Key Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant job will include:

• Responsible for coordinating multiple complex diaries
• Organise national and international travel
• Act as first point of contact for clients
• Arrange and attend meetings
• Producing documents including board papers, correspondence and presentations
• Co-ordinate and project manage events
• Full PA support
• Completion and submission of expense claims
• Screening calls
• Maintaining office systems including management of office consumables
• Managing email boxes

Key Skills required for the Executive Assistant job-will include;

• Solid background as an EA / PA preferably within the Professional Services industry at a Senior Level
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superb organisational skills
• Competent with MS Office suite
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
