Executive Assistant & Operations Support

OML Partners are currently seeking an Executive Assistant & Operations Support professional for our client, a recruitment specialist located in Central London.

This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a professional environment.

Executive Assistant Support to Directors

• Providing PA and private support to the Directors.
• Managing complex diaries and changing priorities.
• Liaising with clients and candidates, including coordinating and confirming interviews.
• Acting as a key point of contact for the business while Directors are on annual leave.

Marketing Director Support

• Coordinating internal and external training.
• Ordering employee and client gifts.
• Managing and distributing candidate surveys.
• Providing general administrative and ad hoc marketing support.

Operations Support

• Providing first-line assistance with day-to-day technology issues for staff and liaising with external IT support where required.
• Supporting consultants and management with administrative requirements and managing the central admin inbox.
• Formatting CVs, preparing and posting job adverts and completing other administrative tasks.
• Supporting the planning and coordination of company events.
• Assisting the Operations Manager with business projects and wider operational initiatives.
• Supporting the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Helping to maintain a professional, organised and welcoming office environment.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience supporting at Director level-within the recruitment sector.
