Key Responsibilities:

• Managing complex and fast-moving diaries
• Acting as a central point of contact for senior stakeholders
• Coordinating meetings, preparing documentation and briefing packs
• Organising travel, itineraries, and logistics at short notice
• Supporting internal communications and leadership activity
• Assisting with events, meetings, and operational tasks

Experience and Skills Requirements:

• Proven Executive Assistant experience within a fast-paced environment
• Immediately available and able to start with minimal handover
• Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive
• Confident dealing with senior stakeholders
• Discreet, reliable, and solutions-driven-
