Executive Assistant - 12 Month FTC Location: Mayfair, LondonWorking Pattern: 4 days per week in the officeA leading investment banking firm in Mayfair is seeking a highly adaptable Executive Assistant to provide professional, client-facing administrative support across multiple teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their role.Key ResponsibilitiesExtensive diary management, scheduling meetings, calls, and events across international time zones.Organising complex travel arrangements, including visas, itineraries, and last-minute changes.Coordinating corporate entertainment and ensuring compliance approvals are in place.Managing expenses and invoices accurately using internal systems.Providing telephone coverage, handling confidential information, and supporting ad hoc projects.Updating CRM systems and formatting documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Acting as a flexible resource to support different teams as needed.Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 2 years'' experience in an assistant role, investment banking experience preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask under pressure.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.Confident, proactive, and able to work independently. ..... full job details .....
